Co Founder / Partner
Robert is the co-founder and Partner of Asher Partners Limited a professional company based in Hong Kong.
Robert has over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Having started his career at ABN AMRO in the Netherlands, Robert moved to the UK in 1993 to become a Vice President Equity Sales at CSFB covering clients in the Benelux.
Robert joined Dresdner Kleinwort Benson UK in 1996 as an Executive Director and Head of European Sales Trading covering together with his team, Continental European clients. In 2003 Robert moved back to the Netherlands to become a Managing Director and Global Head of Equities at Rabobank Securities. From 2006 till 2013 Robert was a Branch Manager in Europe for MF Global and Hobart Capital UK.
He founded in 2014 Vandermeij Consultancy based in Kuala Lumpur and Vandermeij Commercial Broker in 2020 based in Dubai UAE.
Since 2017, he is also an Associate Director of MSS Defence based in The Hague Netherlands, a veteran owned multinational company offering military supplies, military products and military consultancy to customers worldwide.

Co Founder / Partner
Ian has a financial background, starting his career on the London Metal Exchange (1983-1986), before moving to the London Stock Exchange, where he built Equity businesses at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (1986-2002) and then Man Group (2002-2010). As Global Head of Equity Sales Trading, at DRKW, Ian helped manage a 1.6bn Euro Equity business, with 100 direct reports.
Since 2010, Ian has been a Partner at Sino International Capital Group and Fidem Capital Partners, working on raising capital for specific projects. More recently, Ian has spent time investing and doing some business development in some Technology start-ups, as well as real estate development. Ian joined Vandermeij CB (now Asher Partners Limited) as Rob's Partner in 2022.
Ian was educated at Ilford County High School for Boys, was a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment and also completed the Robbins-Madanes Life Coaching Certificate of Achievement.

Associate Director
Siti is an Associate Director of Asher Partners Ltd and oversees the marketing strategies of the firm. Prior to Asher Partners, Siti held roles as a director of Vandermeij Commercial Broker, Corporate Affairs Manager for Standard Chartered Global Business Services which she manages high profile visits, internal and external events for the Bank.
Siti spent two years as a Financial Consultant with Phillip Capital Malaysia in 2016, a company that have access to over 30 investment companies. She was head of business development in hospitality division overseeing projects for UEM Sunrise, a government link company in Malaysia. In 2012, Siti worked for a social media intelligence company, iSentia in Singapore.
Siti holds Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) from Twintech International University College of Technology and Diploma in International Business from Institute of Financial Accountants London.

Rizal was the Chief Operating Officer of Quant Asset Management Pte Ltd. a boutique quant fund house in Singapore. QAM is a specialist Global and Asian equities manager with a focus on fundamental investing systematic value-momentum strategies. Prior to QAM, Rizal was with the Singapore Unit Trusts Ltd and Malaysia’s largest fund house Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB).
Rizal is an expert in Asian institutional market focusing on Malaysia and Indonesia. With his experience over 15 years in the industry and dealing with a great number of parties, he have established a strong connection.
Rizal holds a Masters in Applied Finance and Investment with the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a degree in Operations Management from Universiti Tecknologi MARA, Malaysia.

Graham founded GEAS in November 2014 to expand upon his experiences in working with young UK companies. During a successful 30 year career in the financial markets, Graham reached the position of CEO at two separate US securities firms in Japan.His career spans sales, trading and banking over a variety of different instruments and markets at large banks such as Merril Lynch and Nikko Citi. His career included several years as a multi-strategy hedge fund manager trading convertible bonds, equities and credit.
Expanding on both his historic network and experience and his growing familiarity with the needs of earlier stage companies in the UK, Graham set about building GEAS Advisory into an alternative option for young companies seeking advice. Graham applies his comprehensive skill set to introduce interesting growth investments to potential investors.

Chris Carlson is a dynamic and accomplished global operator with a unique combination of experience across finance, technology and commerce. Chris has two successful exits and considerable experience raising funds and returning investor capital successfully. As an executive Chris has driven over $2b in revenue, raised over $250m and returned over $1b in capital to investors. He has lived and worked internationally, growing and selling business in America and Europe.
While COO at Digital Trends Media Group, where he lead all revenue and operational reporting lines, Chris oversaw substantial revenue and EBITDA growth.
Prior to DTMG, Chris was COO and Co-Founder of MusicQubed, one of the world’s leading digital music services based in London. After selling a majority stake in MusicQubed to Viacom, Chris returned with his family to Oregon in 2015.
Chris began his career in financial services, and managed funds for UBS O’Connor, Deutsche Bank before starting and eventually selling his own hedge fund.
Chris graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University in 2000.
